I build systems people can actually use
15+ years turning regulated work into structure a team can run on. A knowledge operating model across 8 groups. Per-request setup cut from two hours to five minutes. Now an AI-governance product I designed and built.
How I add value
Three things I do, with proof
The systems I build make knowledge easy to find, work easy to do, and AI safe to trust.
Organize the knowledge
Operating models, taxonomies, ownership, and lifecycle rules, so a team finds the right answer and knows why to trust it.
In practice
Versant Media
Knowledge operating model built from scratch, 8 groups and 38 subgroups.
Make the system usable
Requirements and configuration turned into workflows people can actually follow, proven through UAT and adoption.
In practice
Warner Music Group
Change-intake workflow that cut per-request setup from about two hours to five minutes.
Keep AI accountable
AI assists the work. A person still owns the judgment and the review, with clear data boundaries and usage you can actually see.
In practice
Versant Media
A governed AI intake agent: it drafts, a person approves, every step is logged.
How I do it
Structure beats heroics.
Different problems. Same operating loop.
- 01 Understand Find the real problem.
- 02 Structure Turn ambiguity into a system.
- 03 Build Create the useful thing.
- 04 Make it stick Embed it into how people work.

The tools change. The way I solve problems doesn’t.
What I'm building
Built on my own. Ready for a team.
Two ideas I took from product definition to working code on my own time: an AI-governance product and an adaptive AI training platform. Most analysts hand off a spec; I built the thing. Both run today. With a team and real scale behind them, they go a lot further.
All Clear
An AI-governance product, built end to end: the data model, the roles, the approval and lifecycle rules, and the code (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, built with AI assistants). It makes organizational knowledge something people and AI can actually trust.
Learn more →Adaptive AI training
An AI training platform that gives each person a readiness check, then a path built for their role and level. I designed the method from years of coaching people on AI one-on-one, then built the system to deliver it. The five-question check is playable now.
